What is the best way to check the IVs of your pokemon? Is it to do a level 100 battle on wifi, copy down the stats, and then put them into the IV calculator on Serebii?
Wifi
PROS
-Gives you the exact ivs

CONS
-Slow
-Have to have someone to iv battle with

Another way to do it is to hatch your eggs then save and use rare candys to level it up a bit. Then you put the stats in the iv calculator to see what ones might have good ivs. Then you can shut off your game to not waste your rarecandys but you got to make sure you know which ones have good ivs.

PROS
-Dont need someone on wifi
-Can be done fast

CONS
-Doesnt give exact ivs unless you have 99 rarecandys to level it up to 100
-Can waste rarecandys sometimes

Finnally there is a way with AR(Action Replay) to check your ivs.

PROS
-Really fast
-Gives exact ivs

CONS
-Have to buy an AR
-Some people are against AR

Ok sorry if this was really long, but anyways hope this helps. Involving the AR dont ask for codes and dont hack pokemon and trade them to people. Most people allow iv checking codes but not the altering of stat codes.

If a male Bronzong has the move Hidden Power Ice and is bred, will the offspring also carry the move Hidden Power Ice, or will it just be Hidden Power?

Well I was just wondering because the standard mixed set was sassy which boosts SpD and quiet would boost its SpA and the powerful blizzard. True sassy allows him to come in easier I guess.

That mixed attacker set is weird though since you end up putting in speed evs when it has a negative speed nature. You could though use the quite nature on the set but maybe change the evs to:
252hp/180spdef/76speed

Since now your boosting your spatt with the nature instead of the spdef you should put the spatt evs in the spdef if that makes sense.

You could though put no speed evs in but for some reason the anylysis does.

hmmm well that's interesting (the speed EV's).. I was gonna breed snovers but timid ones have already been done and there are some good sassy ones as well =P

#1) Does metalkid's damage calc take into account the defense drop caused by explosion?
#2) If I wanted to figure out how much damage a multi-target move like EQ or explosion would do in a double battle, I would take 75% of the minimum and maximum damage metalkid outputs, correct?

Yes

That should be a good-enough approximation, yes.

Anybody tell me a IV probability calc which tells you ALL the IVs probability?

Also, the CSTenta moveset and everything?

Beautifly can't do anything? Couldn't I give it Modest Mad Sp.atk and spd with a Choice Scarf for 343 speed and 306 sp.atk?
The problem with Beautifly is that it's much too fragile. Although, if you just want it there for revenge killing then go ahead. However, I think what Kings said is actually a better idea. Butterfree can put your opponents to sleep, or paralyze them with 97.5% accuracy U-turn away, and have an arieal ace just in case it wants to stay in =)

What is the bug resist berry called?

Trying to make a cool meganium set with the berry

(Would look it up but this way will be quicker, I hope :])

If you trade Non-Sinnoh pokemon to a game that doesn't have the National Dex, and you beat the Elite Four with them, will you screw up your pokedex forever?

Like could I get a Toysrus Darkrai and use it without fear of ruining my unborn National Dex.

It's fine. It just won't show up until you get the National Dex, like if you trade Pal Parked Pokemon or Eggs of non-Sinnoh Pokemon to it.

Tanga Berry: When the holder is struck by a super-effective Bug move, this Berry is consumed and reduces the damage taken by 50%.

Where would be the best place to suggest a rule set for a tournament I plan on hosting for my friends, and have people in the community help determine if anything in it is too unbalanced? It's a bit more than a simple question, but I don't want to make a thread if it would be looked upon as simple.
