i may have not made myself clear. The first stealth rock right after the taunt failed, but the second one, forced by encore, succeeded!

I have a simple question!
But first what happend:
1. I have an Infernape (first spot)
2. I have a magikarp with exp share. (lvl 20) (second spot)
3. I battled 17 unowns (1 attack ev for each unown).
4. Magikarp leveled up and only gained +2 on the attack stat.
What happend here?

Your Magikarp didn't go to level 100. Your observable EV boost is directly proportional to your level. If it were to go up to level 50, you would see a gain of +4, even though the 17 EVs were still there.
So basicly I srewed the EV's up?

If a pokemon has Guts Ability and gets paralized, does it's speed still get cut?
Depends. Did you intend to get 17 EVs? If so, no, you didn't.
I'm going to do the Battle Frontier (In Emerald, of course) to get some points to get tutor moves on some things.
I have Gardevoir and Regice planned for this quick team, but what's a good third Pokemon? I'm not really sure. Gardevoir is the sweeper, and Regice has the Rest-Talk set.

Swords Dance Lucario w/Crunch handles all three of them pretty well.
Nasty Plot Infernape can KO Skarmory and Blissey and inflict heavy damage to Cresselia with a Blaze boosted Flamethrower. The analysis even mentions that Fire Blast has a chance to OHKO Cresselia if SR is up.
Or alternately you could use Magnezone to take out Skarmory and take out Cress and Bliss w/Choice Band Tyranitar. There are other methods out there, but Lucario and Infernape have a reputation for wall breaking (hence their popularity).
theres a 1/3 chance of it being spread when youre in a battle. instead of just running around, you have to actually battle.
On the CBmence set, it shows a choice between Rock slide and stone edge, I know it's the old Accuracy vs. Power arguement, but what would Salamence miss out on 1HKOing etc if it were to choose rock slide?
Dragon Claw/ Dragon Dance/ Heal Bell/ Roost
Is there anyway I could keep all three support moves for a good set? Like is Dragon Claw Replaceable with a more decent offensive move because I really like the idea of this set, but it gets walled by steel ypes,a nd it's for my special Heal Bell Altaria.

With only one attack you're guaranteed to get walled a lot no matter what it is until they make a type that nothing resists. If you're really that attached to heal bell, you could use magnezone on the same team but I really think that set just isn't a good idea.
COuld I replace Dragon Claw with Dragon Rush for extra power?
What's a good Special Defense wall for Sandstorm teams? Excluding Blissey.
