Aww, how cute. I really like the Mespritone. All of the bodies, except Uxie are the same. Just the tails have been changed, really.
 
Well, I just ran some tests to see if Sky Forme Shaymin will be competitively viable or not. The answer is a serious no, because it reverts to land forme at some point during the wfc process, at least when there's a d/p player involved. I'm going to try it plat to plat and let you know what happens, but those pics from "Nintendo" may be fake.

Anyone has seen the overworld map already? Are there any changes since DP? I'm especially curious about the Battle Island...

Battle Frontier sounds awesome btw, I can't wait to play them =D
 
added (No i am not pokebeach):

I [Pokebeach] setup a trade between Platinum and Pearl. I wanted to trade my Giratina Origin Forme with its Platinum Orb to Pearl. When entering the trading room, Giratina Origin Forme reverts back to Giratina and its Platinum Orb does not appear. When you leave the room, it goes back to normal.
The same thing happens with a local battle. Giratina reverts to its regular form and the Platinum Orb does not appear attached to it. It does not seem like any of the new forms can be traded or battled while in their forms. They are exclusive to Platinum for this generation it seems.
 
Yea battle frontier sounds really awesome, I'm going to have to steal a .sav from someone since I'm too lazy to beat the game myself >:]

Also hard to notice but azelf's body actually changed a little bit too, namely the head...all the pixies look much better this time

Also how confirmed are these tutors?

EDIT: wow it's hard to imagine the new forms cannot be used in wifi...
Rotom will be different though right? I'd think it'd be more like deoxys due to the item...

The tutors supposdly come with images that say you need the shards to get the moves, which seems sketchy.

I'm waiting to see Platinum to Platinum online wi-fi. Since Pokebeach did say Platinum - Pearl

In my opinion, they improved their teams, but their pokemon have less levels... I don't know why...

Aaron has the 3 OU bugs: Scizor, Yanmega and Heracross.

Bertha has 2 OU grounds: Hippowdon and Gliscor, and a strong BL: Rhyperior. I don't know why Whiscash is still in her team...

Flint only has one OU: Infernape. However, Houndoom and Magmortar could be threats. I don't know what set Flareon is running, hope for Flare Blitz as Tutor Move...

Lucian has an strong team, with 2 OU: Bronzong and Gallade, and 2 strong BL: Alakazam and Espeon. I think that Mr. Mime could have been replaced by Gardevoir.

Cynthia has made just one change: Togekiss is over Gastrodon. A team with 5 OU and a Uber!!. It seems really strong, but all depend on their sets.

Mud Slap, Rollout, Superpower, Iron Head, Aqua Tail, Endeavor, Outrage, Ancientpower, Signal Beam, Gunk Shot, Twister, Seed Bomb, Iron Defense, Bounce, Heat Wave

Provided that it is true, it accounts for all of Origin Forme's moves. It is still a mystery how Wash Rotom learns Hydro Pump and Cut Rotom learns Leaf Storm, though.
 
would be awesome, wondering if any non-dragons ie. Gyarados, sceptile, etc. will learn outrage, since that really seems limited to the legendary dragons and salamence to learn, and hoping salamence doesn't gain the one sole edge that Dragonite had over him in the wake of Garchomp's removal.

This still doesn't account for the Battle Island tutors (assuming they exist), right?
