So I was thinking about building a UU team for myself, now that I have a fairly decent OU one. Would someone mind linking me to any useful pages Smogon has for info on the UU environment?
For example, if there is a 'threat list' for the UU tier I could read up on? Early investigation implies that Crobat has become much like a UU Scizor and is widely used...

These are the current UU analyses being worked on
And you could look at the usage statistics stickied in Stark, that should give you an idea of what to expect.
Just to help, Shaymin, Crobat, Yanmega, Blaziken, and Mismagius are the offensive threats to be most concerned about(there are a lot more, but I can't list them all), and defensively, Regirock , Registeel, Steelix, and Chansey are tough as nails.

I hate to burst your bubble, but you can't acquire a Suicune with good IV's from FR and LG. The legendary beasts in those games are programmed to have several IV's of 0.
You really shouldn't be bothering with the LG Suicune. The IVs are guaranteed to be bad, no matter how much you SR (if you can SR). According to the Evergrande Simple Q&A, it appears it's set during the save after you beat the E4, meaning you'll have to play through entirely to get it. Where it first appears is completely random.
Umbreon, Gardevoir, and Chansey will probably be the best you'll find.
What are opinions on whether or not I should keep a Female Naive Heatran (For Speed Revenge Killer) with IV's: 12-13/ 27-28/ 21-22/ 24-25/ 18-21 / 31? I got these stats after only 5 SR's. Should I keep it or continue trying to get better stats. Obviously, the speed stat is great and maximally compatible with the nature, and the attack and sp. attack IV's are solid, so... any thoughts?

Chansey, Clefable, Umbreon, Espeon and Gardevoir are solid wish passers in UU.

Adamant or Jolly for lead and CB Mamoswines? Adamant gives me more stat points, but Jolly is nessecary to outurn Naive Heatran, which is crucial for the lead.
Id'e also like to ask: who is more of an Ice-type, Weavile or Mamoswine? Many people say Weavile is designed as mostly Dark-type, it also learns alot more Dark-type moves than Ice. Some say Mamoswine is more Ground than Ice-type, but it's desinged alot more like an Ice-type than Weavile; Weavilee is a generic Dark-type with added Ice STAB...I mean, Weavile...

Stone Edge is usually the better option.
As for the other question, well....they're both part ice type? I don't see how one of Dark/Ice and Ground/Ice can be more of an ice type than the other.
