Ok, so list your SID and OT for me, plus the dates you are using, the calibrated seconds, the calibrated delay. Make sure you don't reverse the SID and OT. I'll put your information into RNG reporter here and see what comes up on the shiny egg finder.
I finally won my platinum ROM, did the calibration phase, saved infront of Azelf,
but when I start the game (with the correct date/time Seed to Time came up with) and try to verify my seed, there are no results for my Flips. Is there anyway to pin down the problem?

Yes, but list also your SID and OT. I need those to verify everything here. Edit: Sorry, I'm blind. I see it. I'll go do the Time finder thing and get back to you.
Edit: Your seed isn't even showing up when I use your data to generate it on time finder. Sid 02503 OT 06920 doesn't show that seed. I think maybe you need to verify that you have your SID and OT written down correctly.

I can guarantee that my OT is correct (I just checked), but my SID might not be (some AR codes for SS don't work properly). It looks like I'll need to request for an SID check when I have the chance.
Then, I'd also like you to verify that you did indeed check mark all the boxes the way you said you did. I found a seed with a frame of 1, would you like to give it a try anyhow? If it doesn't work, then it's definitely your SID. But if it does work, it's how you are using Time Finder that's a problem.
Edit: Here's the seed if you want to try it. FA0D033A
I found it by generating on 2010 08 27. The delay is 816. The IRNG frame is 1. Modest female, gender ratio 87.5 male to 12.5 female. International parents, HGSS inheritance, your SID/OT as you listed them.

I've finally started to get the hang of this RNG process. I'm trying to hit my seed using PikaTimer and verifying I've hit it using RNG Reporter with Elm calls.
I've calibrated my settings such that I've finally gotten within about 10 or so delays of my target. The next time I try, RNG Reporter now reports that I'm early by an entire second. Well, that can't be right, so I try again, and what? Still early by a second.
Humoring the computer, I decide to calibrate for this peculiar result. As expected, it now says I'm late by a second. So I revert to my old settings. Now, it has once again reported I'm early by an entire second.
What gives? I'm about 99% confident I'm hitting the timers at least at the correct second mark.

Try it again, but this time catch the Azelf. Open up Seed to Time and put the date, time, and IVs and nature of Azelf in. That will tell you what delay you're hitting.
To Riski: I asked my friend to determine my SID for my SS and it turned out to be 19463. I trust this is correct because he checked my SID for my Diamond and it was the exact same thing that someone else, named The Giritina-man, got as my SID for Diamond. In addition, I can RNG for shiny eggs in Diamond using said SID. I'm going to start all over, but first I'll attempt to RNG for egg IVs.
Question: Is there any simplified guides for Emerald RNGing?
Like are many things the same for Emerald RNG? Delay, advancing the frame etc. Do I need to find out my calibrated second and delay? How do you advance the frame in Emerald for breeding?
im trying to rng a shiny sudowoodo and I finally got the right delay. However this sudowoodo wasnt shiny AND it didnt have the same ivs and nature that the calculator sit out when i was searching for spreads. The method 1 frame box said 38 when I was aiming for a frame of 4, if that matters at all. If it does, how the heck did the frame increase by so much?

no read the guides in the first post those aren't that hard. Also there is no target time, delay, frame advancing in Emerald. The game just advances about 60 frames/sec and you just have to hit the frame that has the spread you want, you have no control over the frame advancements. Emerald abuse takes a lot of precision due to this, think of it like trying to hit a delay in DPPHGSS, it's the same concept.
Allright. I am starting a new game in platinum and I wanted to RNG my way to the best ID SID combination to get the highest number of good shiny spreads. So I read a bit and looked through seed finders and pandora's box and all those required programs for ID/SID RNG but I would like to do it another way:
-Find general PIDs of multiple nature/IV combos, regardless of ID, SID and time
-Then I would make / list of the compatible PIDs for each Nature/IV combo ( let's say I have 5 spreads, I do 5 lists of the needed PIDs)
-Then put those lists somewhere and find an ID/SID combo that could fit at least 1 PID of every list...
Detailed example :
(numbers might be wrong, but just for the sake of it) 1.a) for a certain combo I find those PIDs:
-1. [5AF36616] (which split in two binary numbers, LID and HID are 101101011100011 and 110011000010110)
and
-2. [B4E23C87] (which split in two binary numbers, LID and HID are 1011010011100010 and 11110010000111) b) for another combo I find those PIDs:
-1. [EE93D276] (which split in two binary numbers, LID and HID are 1110111010010011 and 1101001001110110 )
and
-2. [DF227AA3] (which split in two binary numbers, LID and HID are 1101111100100010 and 111101010100011 ) 2. Now I make 2 lists ( because I have 2 combos) list 1 : [5AF36616] and [B4E23C87] list 2 : [EE93D276] and [DF227AA3] 3. Now since I want those pokemon to be shiny, I need to get an ID and SID, that when added together with the LID and HID (in binary numbers) gets me all 0,2 and 4s...
Now, there are TONS of combos possible, but I want one which would work with at least 1 seed from the list 1 and at least 1 seed form the list 2. So, if I had an ID: 45067 (nice hex number too btw) and SID : 36078, if I were to encounter a pokemon with the PID [5AF36616] or [EE93D276], they would be shiny. GOAL ATTAINED. Now what i really want is a bit more complicated I guess... =P
Calculations for the example :
first of all :
ID : 45067 = 1011000000001011 SID: 36078 = 1000110011101110
so if the PID was [5AE36616] : 1011000000001011 (ID) 1000110011101110 (SID)
0101101011110011 (LID)
0110011000010110 (HID)
2222222022222242 (results)
So, it's shiny indeed!
If the PID was [EE93D276] : 1011000000001011 (ID) 1000110011101110 (SID)
1110111010010011 (LID)
1101001001110110 (HID)
4222222022222242 (results)
Shiny too!
Hence, I would have 2 shiny PIDs which would fulfill the 2 nature/IVs combo I need...
So I wonder if there was a way of doing this otherwise then by hand (Because that could be really time consuming...)
I hope that was clear enough ^^
EDIT : on what should I run Wichu's RNG program? (or do I need to download something in order to be able to open it?) atm I was only able to save it as a file, when I guess it should be a program...
Something I noticed while doing my own SID RNGs, most shiny spreads come in pairs. So you're usually going to get a double shiny spread on any SID/OT combo, however the second spread might not have a useful nature. What you do is use PokeRNG to find a specific spread (not shiny), then get a possible SID/OT for it and regenerate the spread again with shininess wanted. You'll see the twin spread that goes with the one you generated first if you don't include a nature.
Edit: Wichu's program, if you mean PokeRNG, is an exe file. It is downloaded as a packed file which you need to unpack with an unpacking program. Windows usually has one included.
The excel spreads, I believe show method 1, but you just use the same seed and choose method J when you use the seed in RNG reporter. You make sure you have the synch that matches the nature of your catch, and you should find that your wanted IV spread is on more than one frame instead of just the one it was on before in method 1. Each new frame you find it on has it's own encounter slot for wild pokemon encounters. Right click to see them.
@ Riski thanks that helped a lot, if I only I could find something to compare multiple results... ( IVs to PID worked great, seems like the ID doesn't matter, didn't knew)
But for WIchu's program even after unpacking it I don,t have anything to open it... (i.e. if it was a javascript, I would open with java)
EDIT : so yeah, with your help I can now make lists of all my possible ID/SID for a certain spread. I was also able to substract them ( so it can be put on microsoft words/excel)
Anyone know of a program that could search through the list and find a same ID/SID combination on different lists?
