ohh ok you were scaring me lol but if your looking for a shiny spread, you probably dont have that spread. Seeds have MANY spreads, so in the top left just pick the IV's and nature and then hit generate. It should pop up.
Lol okay, I'll try plugging in the IV's.. but here's the problem. I have already RNG'ed the first half of the breeding process, so I already have the nature, ability, and shininess upon loading the game. Could that mean the seed is unusable for the second stage of RNG breeding? :/
When using the radio to advance my frame, should I finish the whole segment of the program? Or as soon as i hit the button going to the radio channel that will advance the frame and it's okay to put it back to the center?
It advances as soon as you hit the button. A much faster way is to do the advancements is to just hold down the right directional button and continuously press the channel button.
Oh. Is that accurate, though? If I just hold down the right button and click the lower right channel button?
Lower right constantly advances your frame by 1 (as long as its not Buena's password) so if you know how many advancements you need just hold down the right directional button and tap the radio channel button how ever many times you need to advance
You can also do the same with the upper right channel...it however advances the frame between 14-18 each tap so it best to use this for a large amount of frames and then use lower right once you get close to your target. After using the upper right you can find how far you have advance by phoning elm 7-8 times and then finding where you are according to that sequence.
However if you are RNGing the roamers you can't use upper right channel in the leage so have to do single advancement with the lower right channel so best to choose a frame thats not too high lol.
Make sure you're entering the seed it gives you and not the PID...
But, anyway, you say you're breeding? Just use the Time Finder in RNGReporter, then. Do you know the IVs of your parent Pokémon? It's pretty vital to know them if you're breeding.
I'm sure it's the seed not the PID, haha.
My only problem with using the Time Finder function is that I don't know which frame I need it to be on to hit the right IVs. And yeah, I know Parent A has 31 Def, 31 Sp. A, and Parent B is flawless. I don't know A's exact IVs, but I think knowing the above is enough..
I was wondering, if I search for a new seed with the same exact IVs as the seed PokeRNG suggests, will it give me the same Hidden Power type and power?
You can use a seed from a catching spread to breed a baby, but you must have the method set to breeding HGSS for HGSS or breeding DPPt for DPPt. A list will be generated showing IVs and the frames they are found on. However you will see only three of the baby's stats and the rest are random inheritance. Those three stats must come from one of the parents and I believe those stats may be listed for parent one only (I'm not 100% sure of that, but it's definitely three stats from one parent). If neither of your parents have the listed stats, then you won't get your correct baby.
Time Finder, when it generates seeds for you, has columns that include the target frame. Take a closer look at that gray box underneath generate inside the Time Finder window.
Once you have the seed you want, you take the seed by right clicking it and you can put it into the main window of RNG Reporter and choose breeding HGSS and hit generate. Then hit Seed to Time and do the necessary work to get a time set up on your DS to get your baby.
How is the roamer method used? Do I have to put the seconds too?
Okay, let me see if I understand: The numeric IVs are the random ones, and the ones labeled "A" and "B" are the exact IVs required from the parents, right? So if I put my flawless Ditto as A, and Glaceon (with 31D/31X) as B, I can pretty easilly find one with:
31H/26A/31D/31S/30X/31Y.
(26A, 30X, and 31Y being the random, 31H, 31D, 31S being from Parent A)
Oops, I misread and was thinking of Seed to Time instead of Time Finder. Seed to Time does not tell me the frame, Time Finder does. So I'm to search for the same seed given from PokeRNG using Time Finder? Or will it be a different seed with the same IVs? I am finding it difficult to find this same seed using the "Egg IVs" tab on Time Finder.
So, I'm rngzing the Mew on Emerald with the famous 31/28/31/31/31/31 spread. I decided I'll try for a Ditto too, since I need a good Ditto anyway.
But at first, I was only intending to do Mew, so in my save states (38 hours running already, lol) I don't have a Sweet Scenter...If I go capture one, will it mess up with the frame? Like...restart of something?

It's always better to use Time Finder for breeding. If you can't find the seed, then try giving yourself more leeway. You may need more frames for it to show up. You may need a higher delay. Make sure you fill in all of the necessary info on the Egg IVs window.
What nature? And you don't need a Sweet Scenter... Mew is a method 1 Pokemon.
On each frame of a seed, has an encounter slot. Each poke has it's own encounter slot. When you find the seed you want in RNG reporter, it will show the list of frames, find the frame you want, right click it, and look for "calculate encounter slot."
Click that, it will list a bunch of encounter slots for Sweet Scenting on Grass/Caves, Water, and fishing.
Click on the game's encounter slot, for what you want to see.
Thanks! But I still don't get the most important part : when i have an encounter slot, say 3, what do I do with it? What about the encounter table? And Actual Frame? Could someone explain step by step how it works to guarantee i catch, the poke I want( with the spread i want)?
I've only RNGed stationary legends so far, so Im not familiar with the encounter slot concept.
Anyone here who knows this?

I haven't touched Wichu's program and look at my Trophy Case :) I can't help you with the other two requests though :(
Do you mind telling me how you found your current frame without using Wichu's program?
Also, in that case, what are the benefits of Wichu's program? Since it's not indispensable.
Lastly, (a lot of questions sorry lol), when do you start planting yourself in front of the legendary you're RNGing? And what was your location in which you advanced the 1 million odd frames? (as in, in game location.)
