No, I meant: I know Dragon has the best neutral coverage, but what type(s) hit the most super-effectively? Some guy on PokeCommunity said Rock followed by Ice, would you agree?

What is the best attacking type by means of super-effective coverage? And I say that, as some people would say Dragon because of it's almost perfect neutrality.
Well, fighting or Ground has the best SE coverage, being super effective against five types (Rocks, Ice and Fire are right behind with four).
With two moves Rock/Ground, Rock/Fighting and Fire/Ground offer the best SE coverage, covering eight single types. Fire especially is unique amongst the other ones as it can be combined with many other types for seven hits (with Ice, Water, Fighting and Grass) - the wide distribution in form of Fire Blast is a bonus.

Edit: Not Rock/Ice (seven SE hits), but Ground/Ice I have checked. Gets whooping nine SE hits against single types; Mamoswine wins!

So Dragon for neutrality, Fighting/Ground for SE damage, but what type overall? After all, nothing is immune to Rock (and only Shedinja to Ice).

Ghost/Fighting has a perfect neutral coverage within two moves, something Dragon moves can't have: Blame Heatran for being immune to Fire due its ability. Dragon/Fire technically has neutral coverage, but only on Reshiram, who ignores Heatran's ability.
And as I have corrected, Ground/Ice offers the best SE coverage on single types; unfortunately some Rotom forms ruins the fun because of Levitate. If you don't want to deal with immunities stick on Rock/Bug (which I personally find ridiculous).

True, Ice types suck defensively; fortunately Ice Beam comes with almost any Water type. Ice usually aims for quadruple weaknesses of some premier threats of the OU metagame, namely Dragonite, Landorus, Salamence, Gliscor, Dragonite ... besides Ice is the prime option for special (non-dragon) attacker to hit Dragonite hard, since Rock moves are mostly physical.

Actually Dragon/Fighting has perfect neutral coverage.

Actually Dragon/Fighting has perfect neutral coverage.
So right - though there isn't a fightin Pokemon who have access to both powerful Fighting AND Dragon moves. Probably Dragonite with Outrage/Superpower, when we are willing to drop Multiscale.
Actually, I have forgotten Fighting/Ice, too. This combo is at par with Ground/Ice with nine SE hits. Again, most fighting moves are physical while physical Ice moves are just too weak (Mamoswine has Superpower, but he could achieve almost the same with IceQuake).

1) What Pokemon pair best with this Infernape?

2) AreAgiliGross and SDLuke both late-game sweepers? Is it pointless to run both on the same team?

3) Is Weavile still effective in OU? What Ice-type Pokemon are recommended for use in OU?

1. Since Infernape is generally used as a Wallbreaker, late game sweepers that can come in and clean up are his best partners. These include Lucario, Dragonite, and Volcarona.

2. Yes they are both late-game sweepers, tbh I find the viability of Agiligross very limited and I prefer SD Lucario a lot more.

3. Mamoswine

1)Something that can beat bulky waters/psychics, Virizion and Ttar respectively work well.(just watch out for burns)
2)Yes, they are. SDLuke can be used a bit earlier though due to superior neutral coverage. You could use both, but you'd require a team that can deal with the likes of Skarm and Jellicent well, and something to take fire and ground attacks.
3) Weavile is effective at its role of revenge killing stuff, but you shouldn't use him for anything else. There aren't really common Ice-types in OU due to horrid defensive typing, but if you insist, Choiced Mamoswine, Weavile, Scarf Kyurem and Froslass spring to mind.

What about Kyurem? And is the combination of MixApe+AgiliGross effective?

Kyurem is outclassed by Latios if you are going fully special, Salamence if you are going mixed, and Dnite if you are going fully physical. I would only recommend it on hail teams or multiple dragon teams

I'm using this set, and it's pretty good; if you disagree, would you use the Glaciate set? This is something unique to Kyurem. And besides, name some good Ice Pokemon.

Weavile and Mamoswine.

As cool as Kyurem is, it's sorely outclassed in OU by other Dragons due to either speed, bulk or movepool. Ice is also a horrible defensive typing.

Would Draco Meteor on Jirachi ever be useful?
Dragon moves without STAB hasn't been really amazing; they lack either the power or the "super-effective" coverage. I even dare to say, Draco Meteor is redundant in the face of the stronger Psychic, because it's neutral coverage isn't much worse. The additionaly damage Reuniculs and Tyranitar take is pathetic after the drop of your SPAtk.

Edit: Glaciate reminds me a bit of Bulldoze; many potential Bulldozer prefer to use substitute - mainly because you don't totally screw up when you mispredict. My personal issue with the Ice-Dragon is it redundant coverage (Dragon already cover Dragons) and its middling uber-speed (midding uber-speed is below average OU-speed). It's actually usable for Blizzard spamming in hail teams.

What Pokemon are good in setting-up Stealth Rock? Could I, for example, use it as a filler move on Mamoswine, like Heatran does with the Air Balloon set?

Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Forretress, Jirachi, Celebi. Personally I do like running defensive Heatran/Tyranitar/Mamoswine with rocks as you are wasting great offensive potential.
