ok 2 questions

#1: which pokes are good boltbeamers?

#2: wats a good filler for togekiss if it didnt get nasty plot :P
mine has aura sphere, air slash, roost

I caught a wild Shiny Budew...

I'd like to use it... But of course there's a problem...

NO SLEEP POWDER
NO LEAF STORM

Ugh... Those are nasty set backs. What's a viable option to use it for and what kind of moveset should it have?

It's nature is +Sp. Def, -Def if necessary to know...

Also more importantly... In general, should I run Grass Knot or Energy Ball on Grass Pokemon?

#1. Blissey usually uses 1 of either. Electivire uses the pseudo T-Punch + I-Punch, or if mixed, T-Bolt and I-Punch. Medicham usually goes with T-Punch and I-Punch. Porygon Z and Cresselia can handle as BoltBeamers. Several fast Electrics can run T-Bolt + Hid. Power (Ice).

It really depends if you want support options on the BoltBeamer, and if you need it to be Special Attack or Attack based.

#2. T-Wave or Wish + BPass. If you want Wish support, get rid of Roost and replace it with Wish and add in Baton Pass. T-Wave nicely compliments Air Slash's Flinch-Hax into being a 20% chance for your opponent to move. If you go with T-Wave, you may just as well just start over on your TKiss and go on the WiFi boards to try to get yourself a nice natured and IVed SoftBoiled Togepi.

Does anyone know what moves are unsketchable in D/P, or know where I can find a list of such moves?

[begin list]
Judgment
[end list]

Every other move is Sketchable, although some require clever manipulation (like Explosion, Transform, and Substitute).

Thanks,

So, I think I know how to do it for Explosion - just skill swap Damp onto Smeargle, then have a pokemon try to explode, then have Smeargle sketch it.

How would you do it for Transform, except maybe via Mew (I've heard that you can't Sketch anything from a Ditto)?

You can Sketch Taunted moves.

(To elaborate, Taunt a Ditto, it will try to Transform but fails because of the Taunt. This attempt can still be Sketched.)

I agree with Thunder Wave or Wish. But don't get rid of something for Baton Pass. BP is not required for passing Wish, simply use Wish and then switch to the pokemon youd like to recieve it.

EDIT: oh yeah, I've got a question. I know the benefits of Rain Dance (1.5x damage bonus for Water attacks, .5x damage reduction for Fire attacks, 100% accuracy for Electric attacks) and Sandstorm (Damage to all types except Rock, Steel, and Ground, 1.5x Defense bonus for Rock-type Pokemon)...What are the similar benefits of Sunny Day and Hail?

Sunny day boosts fire moves by 1.5x, reduces water moves by 50%, and also reduces thunder's accuracy to 50%.

Hail damages all non-ice types and boosts blizzard's accuracy to 100%.
On the topic of weather questions, does sunny day trigger flash fire?

grrr...how does sunny day not effect Grass attacks? All the Sunny Day related Abilities seem to be on Grass pokemon, but Sunny Day boosts fire moves? GRRR

All of the weather-based healing moves heal more under sunny day (Synthesis, Moonlight, Morning Sun), and are most often held by Grass types. As Suicune137 said, Solarbeam doesn't need to charge under Sunny Day.

Answer Please?

You can go with the sunnybeamer or raindancer:

Roserade@hot/wet rock
Gentle (sucks, but at least it's shiny)
Sunny day/Rain dance
Weather ball
Solarbeam/energy ball
Synthesis/sludge bomb

Energy ball is more consistent as a grass move, but grass know can be much stronger. It depends on what you think you'll be fighting more.

How do you get a marowak with ice punch? It suggests it in the analysis thread but according to serebii and psypokes it only learns fire/thunderpunch through move tutors, not ice punch.

What are the powers/effects of Weather Ball under different weather conditions? I only know Water Type Weather Ball is 100 BP. Thanks in advance.

No weather: 50 BP Normal
Rain Dance: 100 BP Water
Sunny Day: 100 BP Fire
Hail: 100 BP Ice
Sandstorm: 100 BP Rock.
All are special based.

Since Feebas was only obtainable in certain spots on one route in R/S/E, does a similar thing apply when catching it on Mt. Coronet in Diamond and Pearl, or is it just really rare?

It appears in four randomly generated spots in the lake. These spots change every day and even if you fish in the right spot the probability of finding Feebas is still only about 50%. Also, if you and some friends have joined a group (through the man in Jubilife) you will all find it in the same spots every day, so you can help each other in the search.

The one inside the mountain (the cave).
EDIT: It's on B1F. You reach it by going in through the Celestial Town side entrance and then going North and downstairs in the cave. You need Strength to go there.

...can... can somebody else verify this? I just made a team based around this, and I don't want it to ditch it unless I'm positive.

Secondly, if you use a non-electric move immediately after Charge, does Charge's effect of doubling your next electric move wear off?

Did anyone ever respond on whether or not Magnet Rise definately is not BPed?
