IVs vary up the actual pokemon which is the entire point soooooo I'll go out on a limb and say they didn't gut out a chunk of stat-formulaSince game freak seems to being trying to crack down on cheating, i wouldnt be overly surprised if they just got rid of IVs period. they really are the only reason people use pokegen/pokesav and whatever else. breeding for moves and nature really isnt tough. Since IV's no longer affect the base of hidden power im wondering if this is a possibility
Give me a horde of sableye with wonder guard.
you could always just catch all of them right?you need to guess which one has the hidden ability... interesting
Quite honestly this would be pretty nice. I wouldn't mind being able to catch Pokemon as I please and just have to worry about nature (since you can wipe EVs and change abilities now)Since game freak seems to being trying to crack down on cheating, i wouldnt be overly surprised if they just got rid of IVs period. they really are the only reason people use pokegen/pokesav and whatever else. breeding for moves and nature really isnt tough. For stats, I get![]()
it evolves by trade, no special conditions
What interests me here is that it says magic bounce reflects status moves? What about spikes, roar, etc?was this shown before?

Oh look, you cancelled your opponent's ability-cancelling ability with your own ability. Congrats.Don't know for sure if this has been posted yet, but:

It looks like Zygarde's ability might counteract Reshiram's and Zekrom's. I don't know how that works, but whatever.

thank arceus it learns leech seed. Its other ability was natural cure correct? if so it will be a good defensive grass type for lower tiers, eve better if it learns will-o-wispFor stats, I get
Gourgeist: 70 / 80 / 120 / 50 / 75 / 90, 485 BST
Quite lacking in offenses, but decent speed and physical bulk.
I've never heard them called "status moves" ever o.oThey count as "status" moves. You're probably thinking about status conditions.
Good luck catching one
Remember you have to ko all the others before you can catch one
So gourd ghost has okayish attack really good defense, okay sp. def and good/decent speed. Also gets priority and Leech Seed along with the standard weird moves ghosts tend to get. Sounds good.
Magic Bounce isn't new. What interests me here is that it says magic bounce reflects status moves? What about spikes, roar, etc?
There's Pokemon Amie for that. Anyway, the existence of IV's could easily be tested by a leaker just catching two of the same thing.Would I be the only one who would be upset if IV's were removed? For competitive, there's always ways to easily hack in the perfect Pokemon if you absolutely have to have perfect competitive team in-game, and outside of competitive, I've always enjoyed my Pokemon having random IV's - it seems to make them more real to me. Without IV's, I'd feel the game would be a lot more static, machine-like and predictable.
Certainly agree with you there. Its stats aren't amazing but it has a nice new typing and will make a great utility Pokemon! So gourd ghost has okayish attack really good defense, okay sp. def and good/decent speed. Shadow SneakPriority from what?

It looks like Zygarde's ability might counteract Reshiram's and Zekrom's, since those abilities use the same text as Fairy/Dark Aura. I don't know how that works, but whatever.
Exactly, but the description just says "status moves" and I've never heard the term "status move" applied to entry hazards or phazing moves. I was just a little worried for a second there that it got nerfed or something. xPMagic Bounce isn't new.
It reflects a lot of non-attacking moves back at the opponent, including entry hazards (spikes, stealth rock, etc.), phazing moves (roar, whirlwind), and status moves (dark void, spore, thunder wave, etc.)
