Instacheck Hotspot -- a fast Pokémon checker for XY

I can do the hotspot and i can use it with my cell phone but when i try using it with the 3ds i can check the access point but i can't connect to internet... any ideas?
 
Hello! Is there any way I could hop in a trade with someone really quick to double-check my SV and a friend's SV? You can get the SV of a trainer from any pokemon they've caught, right? I appreciate the help!
 
Just signed up to this site after so much lurking.

Tried this at the beginning of last week with no result.

However today, I got it to work. Just followed all the solutions! Using a netbook to boot. It had 7 starter which I upgraded.

Just wondering, if you manually create a hotspot, can your 3ds connect to it?
Make sure you set your ethernet to share with wireless 2/your miniport adapter
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=whatevernameyouwant key=something8lettersormore
netsh wlan start hostednetwork

on your 3ds the ssid=whatevernameyouwant
key is wpa 2 aes -> something8lettersormore
when you're done testing:
netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
 
I've turned on all the system services and the program tells me "The dependency service or group failed to start. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007042C)"
"Virtual Router Plus Could Not Be Started." I really want to use this please help.
 
Hello, I would like to report my problem.
I tried almost all the suggestions I could find in the TOPIC's, but I did fail.

I'm able to create the hotspot, it runs, and say it has internet. My cellphone, could find it, and sometimes connect to the internet, but my 3ds, can't even find the Wirelless SSID, I'm kind lost here...

Could you please check my id? So I can join the group for Shiny hunting =D At least while I can't solve my problem over here x(
 
I was having the problem where I was able to connect to the hotspot but not connect to the internet via my 3ds. I have since resolved it by turning off ALL my FIREWALLS:

I connected my Lan, disconnected my home Wifi. ran this line in CMD with Run as Admin: "netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow"

Then I turned off all my firewalls (I had windows firewall and Symantec both on. Now off). Then ran the first version of Instacheck and I got my hotspot connected and internet connected from my 3ds

I have the same problem as you, sometimes i can even pass the check connetion, but ingame i can't connect to the internet =(
