I have flawless Horsea, Clauncher and Mareep. All of them are German Modest 31/x/31/31/31/31. What's Togepi nature, ability and does it have any egg moves?

Its not a shiny charm, its a charm that doubles the chance of getting an egg while breeding in X & Y
Edit: That is atleast for having seen all the pokémons on the local dex, not sure if anything special once you have owned everyone of them
