Oh. I don't want to take that from you if you're after a Shiny too. I actually also don't have Instacheck so keeping an HP Fire Froakie in it's egg is very difficult for me.

The best way to check IV's without Instacheck (keeping Pokemon inside egg)
1. Save before hatching.
2. Hatch.
3. Go to HP Guy (If you get the desired Hidden Power proceed to 4.)
4. Go to Battle Institute in Lumoise City, put Pokemon into battle.
5. Check IV's.
6. Soft reset.
