Well, Kecleon is far too rare and expensive for other items.
Rare and friend safari don't really mix however.
You can get an ability capsule for 200bp
Try to find a perfect Ived Adamant Kecleon with 2 egg moves in the Safari. Good luck. You don't think I am trading the Pokemon I caught in Safari, don't you?

Well, only perfect IVed Pokemon as far as I see is Trapinch (I have a Flygon) and I have others what you do.
What shinies do you have?
I've got bulbasaur, fletchling, espurr, and trapinch.
What are the IVs on the Trapinch?:D
None of them are that good :/ two have one 31 in speed, and the other has a 31 in speed and defense

All my PKMN are german, so they can be used to breed shinies (Masuda Method). Don't worry about their german names though, they change, once they evolve. Did you use Instacheck to check eggs?
