What a happy coincidence!
I have some reset bags, but I only have to take away 4-8 EVs from a couple Pokes, and I don't think it's worth it to use a reset bag just for that.

This Gligar is 4IV. I'm not sure what combination they are in, but it is 4IV.
I'm battling in Le Wow right now. We can trade when I'm done.
