I wasn't looking for a perfect bred as I don't have anything to offer back.
I can breed you a 5IV Charmander (Jolly) with eggs moves DD and Outrage.
As I think you may have noticed, I just accepted a trade for that already, so I can't accept yours. Sorry.
It would pass on to other scythers as its an egg move for scyther and females can pass on egg moves now.
