Need a 5 iv hp ice eevee with normal ability. I can offer a shiny psyduck (random iv) or 5 iv pokemons (contact me for the list).
 
i have a phione that I do not plan on using, anyone interested in it? Would like a Latios, Latias, or Heatran for it but am willing to negotiate =)

Phione is breedable, you probably won't get those for it :(

Ah, thats unfortunate =( I have no access to them and they seem to be all the rage on most competitive teams. Oh well =) I could also part with him for the conkeldurr of my dreams lol, which is as follows:

Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Knock Off and Ice Punch with the ability Guts and an Adamant Nature

I share this Conkeldurr dream but knock off and ice punch are tutor moves...

I don't think you understand. Phione isn't a particularly rare pokemon, most people who have any pokebank pokemon will almost certainly have a Phione - especially those with a Conkeldurr as you describred.
