No. You start at 2 per battle for the Super battles, and it increases by 1 for each 10 after that. If you beat the Chatelaine, I believe you get 50 BP. It doesn't take as long as it seems.

Wifi and BM. it does not disappear if you are knocked down to it.

No problem. Just give me a few minutes to get the items and attach them to some Pokes.
EDIT: Focus Sash disappears in normal battles, but in the Maison or Wi-Fi battles, it'll come back after the battle.
