Thing is, I really really really really want Nintendo to find a way to not only solve the cloning bug problem, but also identifies all clones and block them from online battles. I mean, if they have a way to know which Pokémon are hacked to block them from going to PokéBank, then the clones probably have a problematic codification or something. It's be really nice if they find it.
And to clone a pokémon, it needs to be made legitly in the first place (atleast pre-bank) which makes it time consuming to get the first one, but the following ones wont take that long. You can look on it like some kind of learning process, its slow at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can use it as much and easy as you can.
Clones are a completely legit pokémon being duplicated, so there is NO way to know if it is a clone due to identical ID, SID, SV and IV's
Cloning things has been available since Gen 2 (maybe even Gen 1 if you want to count Missingno), it's not going to go anywhere. You can't identify clones, it's the exact same as the original. Not really the place to argue your stance on cloning or RNG anyway. So I won't talk about it here anymore, lol.
They're created due to a bug. Maybe hidden there there's a miscoded something. I can dream, can't I?
It is like with twins/triplets, they got the same dna and fingerprint, so there is no way to know which is the original and who the clone is. Even their code is 100% identical, with exceptions once they level up/change moves/gain ev's/happiness and more that is done in game
I think the bigger problem is that you will need cloning (or RNG) to play OU now. With all that legendaries like keldeo, genesect, the genies etc. running around in ou it is a huge disadventage if you dont have access to them or dont want to use them. I loved pre-pokebank OU so much because everyone was training and trading their own bread pokemon and i think i really enjoyed it... But now Pokebank OU requires to RNG your legends in gen 3-5 or in case of genesect and friends, cloning. But we have to live with it and once the lower tiers are established you will find me in NU :-D
Lmao. You think Nintendo knows how to work on the internet? They're 10 years behind. Just be happy nintendo even lets us have online battles. Even tho there's not much to it. But, then again, it is Nintendo. The same company that created the wii u.

It's random. Doesn't matter if you score high or low just pop the first 10 get the prize and be on with it. Spent over 70k Pokemiles on it thus far, heh.
I dont know the moveset of the wild zubats, but since u are looking for an infiltrator on u could just sub with your lead und look which zubat is able to hit you trough your sub. Another option is a pokemon with roleplay
