Sorry I'm not sure if this belongs here or in tech support but here it goes, is it possible to log on to pokemon showdown and then access a team made on a different computer? Any help would be much appreciated.
Teams are saved in cookies on the browser, so no. However, you can export your team onto pastebin and import it on another computer.

No, the client contacts the server, which then gives you the display you see in the client. Since the server updates, the client will also automatically update to match the server.
Hi, how I can select the ability of a pokemon that later I will Mega-evolve? For example, I want my Blastoise´s ability before mega-evolving it be rain dish, instead of torrent.
Step 1: Select Blastoise.
Step 2: Set Ability to Rain Dish.
Step 3: Give it Blastoisinite.
Step 4: Set its EVs, Name, Moves, etc.
Step F: ...?
Step 110: Profit.

So why is Defog allowed on stuff like Lastias or whoever learns it via HM and not by level-up or breeding?
Last I checked, HM Pokemon can't be transferred, which means that having that Pokemon know Defog in X/Y is impossible. As such, it should be illegal to have it and, say, Talonflame on the same team.

Trade to HG/SS, then transfer to gen 5 and 6. Defog isn't an HM move in HG/SS.
No advantages, no disadvantages. Just obey the rules and you'll be fine.
The thing is I am new to Pokemon Showdown. I have been on it for 3 weeks now and I keep getting a message saying that "Your Ip is on the abuse list if you are using a proxy stop" I am not sure what I am doing wrong and I don't want to get banned and if someone can explain what a proxy is that would be great.

Yeah, in that case I'd recommend disabling your proxy if you have one. This is what a proxy server is. The reason that proxies are typically on the abuse list is that spammers, well, abuse them. I'd highly recommend using google to find out how to disable proxies; I can't help with that, sadly.
