We'll send you a Smeargle with Sketch and you can use one of the restaurants to Sketch it from Inkay. Since Smeargle is faster you have to start with Inkay and another one, use Happy Hour and switch the other one for Smeargle, then sketch it.

But yes, Ditto works, too.
