Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 34 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE)

I realise that the point of smogon is to be a community for competitive level pokemon but I do not know anywhere else that will be able to take on my breeding requests, I don't need them to have high IVs, as much as I'd like them, but I'm unable to offer any high IVs in return as I'm not a great breeder and refuse to deal with clones.

Shiny Female Eevee HA, egg move Synchronoise
Please don't belittle me, I mean the move not the ability. I've yet to see a single shiny Eevee with it, so maybe there's a lot more to breeding it on there than I realise but I know that the gender is the biggest challenge with that request. I'll be willing to offer from most of my collection, even those that aren't usually for trade, and if it has the move (and maybe even nice sp attack nature/IV) I'll consider going as high as 3:1. This will include a shiny list of 20-30 fish, starters, kalos only species etc, - message me for a full list and whether I'll do 2 or 3 for one (depends on whether it has the move etc)

I was surprised to find that I could only locate flawless versions of this request, which of course I can't realistically offer on, if someone is willing to offer a lower IV one I can accommodate up to 2:1 max (bonus is a sp attack IV/nature) - I'll be offering more flexibly on this one once I can find the Eevee but I'm still very keen to get this combination. If you do have a near flawless one but don't mind hearing my unknown IV offers, PM anyway :P

Will vary depending on how close the pokemon comes to my request, obviously I won't be doing a 3:1 if the Eevee is male :P In fact as I already have a spare male, I won't be looking to offer on males at all. I'm not going to offer you plain fish unless that's what you want, so don't worry about it not being worth the while, as long as the fact that we're all dealing in non-competitive level IVs doesn't bother you there should be something you'll like.

Will definitely include shiny Fennekin, Combusken and Golem in the list, for others (such as gogoat and flygon and more), I'd need to know how close the Pokemon is to my request.

Edit: a disclaimer that I personally don't believe this belongs in this thread as it's not a "simple" request but my thread asking was locked so this is all I can do, unless talking about non competitive pokemon on this site isn't allowed.

What moves do you run on yours? Never used a scarfed one, just the old Body Slam, Iron Head, Substitute, and Wish Leftovers Jirachi.

U-turn, Iron Head, Fire Punch, and Ice Punch. I want to replace Ice Punch, but I'm not sure what to go with. Trick, perhaps?

Fire Punch is nice, because you outspeed Lucario and do massive damage, and have the bonus increased burn chance.

I find that defensive Jirachi is a bit less viable, just because of its new, common weaknesses. Outspeeding and having stuff to death seems a bit more useful to me.
