That's weird lol, never seen that happen. You can use this metalkid.info/Pokemon/Calculators/IV.aspx to find its exact IV's I guess.
 
alright guys...I wanted to do this last night but I passed out. with the start of the new month I have to clear out my January spitbacks. i'm only gonna do one at a time to keep track of everything and i'm starting with my most recent breed:
Mr Mime(Heal Ball)- Timid- Technician- All have icy wind, some also have nasty plot.
not really expecting anything in return but if you have nuggets or other money making items feel free to send em over (all this breeding and trying to preserve egg moves has cost me multiple 100s of 1000s 100 at a time. if you're interested reply to this with your fc and ign...and bear with me as I may need to clear out other names to make room for you.

just looked this up on bulbapidia and it says this

In the rare event that all six of the Pokémon's IVs are 0, then he will describe how all its stats are its best stats, and then describe how all of them are bad.

I would like one, I'll send over a big nugget because I know the pain of keeping egg moves
 
I have one more keldeo with hidden power grass. Already ev trained ECT. Anyone intrested also have a few 31/31/31/xx/31/31 shiny terrakions.
