if I breed a female deerling with sap sipper and a male jumpluff with chlorophyll, will the offspring have a higher chance of having chlorophyll thanks to the father?

Does it immediately respawn? Or can I say, go on and beat the E4 then come back and cap him later?

Countering one is riddicoulusly easy. My Gale-Wings Talon Eats them for Breakfast. Constently for that matter.

That's not countering it... Besides the fact that Talonflame wrecks a huge portion of the game itself
 
I'm breeding pokes for mega stones. I need Mewtwonite Y, Houndoomite, Heracronite, and Charizardite Y. Tell me which pokemon you want me to breed for you and egg moves if you want. I currently have tons of Protean Timid Froakies right now. All of them are 31/x/31/31/31/31.

It spawns immediately, and you need to catch it to progress on with the story (exception if all boxes are filled)
