Sylveon. I assume it has its hidden ability (anticipation) and hyper voice is made for pixilate sylveon (and mega gardevoir XD)

What is stored power ?
The more boosts you have, the stronger Base power the move has :3

A new action replay or something, I just heard about it a few days ago.
If you want a bpasser, choose Vaporeon or Espeon.
