Odd question but is it possible to have someone else do your Dream Radar RNG abuse for you?

Or if not could someone lead me to an easy to read guide on how to do this with Windows (I've seen people say that RNG Reporter doesn't do the Dream Radar stuff?)

I'd run Adamant for Mega. Mega Heracross is a bit too slow to really fully benefit from Jolly, and going Adamant with his massive attack Stat will allow you to absolutely demolish things. If you're worried about speed, perhaps run a speed passer like Scolipede.

So I would say No. Also the curse unaware quagsire set would not make much sense then.

Looking for someone with a TSV of 1376 to hatch my 6IV Jolly Prankster Riolu with Crunch+Bullet Punch in a Dusk Ball, you can keep a copy if you can clone, if you can't then I can find someone to clone you a copy, or offer you something nice from my upcoming trade thread
 
i have 2 stantler jolly females in dream ball 5iv 4 egg moves but with FRISK
LF Females in rare balls and good ability (ivs don't really matter)
 
trade a shiny female chansy with healer and hell bell as an egg move in heal ball with a 6iv perfect stat but defence is 28 instead of 31.
looking for other competitive shines
