You run Choice Specs, not Choice Scarf. Noivern is already fast and he needs a way to boost up his Draco Meteor while making Switcheroo good.

Probably because the Phone's DNS is not synced with Pokecheck. You'll probably need an outside app to help with this.

I've used Pokecheck off of my phone without having to mess with anything with the phone's DNS. I doubt that's it. I'm just gonna assume something's blocking it.
