That's a Shiny modest Eevee (HA) Sadly it's not Kalos born but it has an HP Fire spread.
Hehe thank you. ^^ Yeah I suppose it'll help as breeding fodder anyways... =P I'm not really too keen on Shinies and I am currently trading so much to get new kalos versions of all my previous gen Pokémon! It's the never ending story... ;)
If you do happen to have anything (spitback or no IV's, what matters is ability and ball!) on my Wants list or anything like that.. I'd be more than happy to trade back your Eevee for something like that!
