I have a question I've been meaning to ask: Is it possible to breed a Munchla with a Male Snorlax holding a Lax Incense with a Ditto? 'Cause I really dislike the idea of skulking around for a female Snorlax.
If I plan on HP breeding a baby pokémon with baby-exclusive egg moves (in this case, Budew). How should I set up my parents (assuming I'm using a Ditto with the correct HP Spread and a female Roselia)?

What do you mean by "baby-exclusive egg moves"? Egg moves are shared throughout the whole evolutionary line.
If you breed a Roselia with the HP Ditto the offspring will be another Roselia. Just use a female so the odds of passing down the HA are greater, if that is what you are going for.
Roselia cannot get Extrasensory as an egg move, but Budew can.
I'm sure there are people that still use Defensive Spikes, but the popular set is Offensive Spikes:

Well I have another project for later. What is the ideal spread for HP Fire? Also anyone know where can I find a list of the Spreads for HP?

You could just breed a random Budew with Extrasensory, evolve it into Roselia and then use that Roselia to pass the move down. Assuming a Roselia with Extrasensory passes it down to other Roselia offsprings and not just Budew?
The ideal spread would be 31/0/31/30/31/30, with the 0 in Atk minimizing Foul Play and confusion damage. However, any even Atk IV will give HP Fire.
Well the GTS Is officially 100% Devoid of any sense of Logic now. -__- There used to be some, albeit rare, but now.....*shakes head* When people are offering up level 18 Skiplooms for only Legendaries......Tis a sad day.

Regiultima115 Yeah, extrasensory is an egg move for the entire evo line. If it were a Budew exclusive egg move, on serebii it would have a little Budew dancing beside an egg :3
