What ball looks best on a Shiny Cobalion? I'm thinking of capturing it in a Dive Ball. Also, can anyone recommend a nature or a Hidden Power? Already have a Jolly hex-flawless one.

I agree, dive is the best choice :3
I would say timid with HP grass, although HP ice would probably be preferred :]

Giving them the Soothe Bell to hold, using EV reducing berries, using the happiness power lv. 3, and battling. Usually it only takes about 15 levels or so for me to reach max happiness this way.

HA Mother having 5 non HA babies in a row = 0.032% chance of happening.

Better chance of having a fucking shiny!!! ;p
