Might be usable if you want to get 31/31/31/x/31/31 new parent using DK + Power Anklet from the other 31/31/31/x/31/31 parent.

Unless you can set it up with baton passing speed boosts, it's not very usable imo :/
You could of course try to make it work, but I generally don't use flawed pokemon in battle..
I understand though that you really want to be able to use it as it's your first selfbred shiny :)
 
FT: Battle ready Mawile Lv.50 @ Ultra Ball (Nicknamable)
Adamant, Intimidate
252Atk / 252HP / 6SpDef
Egg moves: Poison/Ice/Fire/Thunder Fang
Moves: Play Rough, Sucker Punch, Crunch, Iron Head

LF: Females in special balls (especially Dream Balls)

Hate to sound negative, but it's going to be difficult to use since with a lower speed, its pretty much essential to set up two dragon dances to sweep and outspeed checks everytime, as opposed to just one. And multiscale (in most cases) would only protect you for one turn.
Does it at least have extreme speed?

Yes. I am fairly good at breeding, just have terrible luck when it comes to shiny

Well if you plan on using it, definitely keep extreme speed, and run dd, outrage, earthquake.
Wish support would be great to reactivate multiscale. And perhaps use leftovers and a bulky spread to try and set up 2 DDs everytime. With no lum berry, you'll need a cleric. I think Clefable can have both wish and aromatherapy :)

EDIT: also get shiny charm to increase odds of breeding shinies :D
