Offering: careful shieldon with stealth rock, modest horsea (sniper), quiet yamash with nastly plot (this with 4 ivs and 0 speed),and others + shiny wingull,shiny modest mareep (4 ivs). All this pokemons are from kalos.

If a Pokemon inherits an Egg Move, then forgets it due to Daycare or Trainer's choice, can it relearn the Egg Move via Heart Scale?

Why don't you use a speed lowering nature?
I think you're alright up to level 90 (not sure if that means 89 or 90 to be honest).
Take 10 levels away from 100 for each badge you don't have.
Because this gives me 129 Speed and Xerneas/Yveltal have 130 Speed with +Spe nature and 31 IV.
EV's for quiet ampharos?
It'll evolve into the pattern from your game, same thing with already-generated Vivillon eggs.

Just to clarify ('cause I'm stupid...), so if I breed a pattern X vivillion on my game, pattern Y; will the offspring have pattern X or Y?

Basically the pattern is determined when the egg is hatched. And doesn't change in any game

The offspring will be pattern Y regardless of the pattern being bred on the game. If you transfer an egg/Scatterbug from your X into your Y however, the pattern will be different.

Let me give an informative answer!
Jimmy was breeding a Scatterbug in his Pokemon X. He wanted to give the egg as a present to his friend, Bob. Jimmy has the Meadow Pattern.
Bob is collecting Scatterbug in Pokemon Y. His pattern is Garden. Jimmy trades Bob the egg containing the Scatterbug he bred, and when Bob hatches it it's a Meadow pattern Scatterbug! Bob is happy.
Bob puts the Scatterbug he received in an egg from Jimmy in daycare. He breeds it with a Ditto. However, when Bob hatches the eggs made from the Ditto and Scatterbug it turns into his pattern of Scatterbug! (Garden)
