Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 38 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

Well I'd definitely try to get my hands on a hex 0 parent (I got a magikarp just asking around) since it speeds up the process a LOT along with a Flawless Ditto. Otherwise you can go the long route and use Battle Institue + IV calc, as long as you know what your testing parent's IVs are you should be able to figure it out, but try to get either a hex 0 or 6IV ditto first.
The optimal setup would be a Hex 0 Female HA Togetic and a Hex 30 Ditto. In practice, any Hex 0 in tandem with a Hex 30 work well, it's just not as convenient. That way you could tell if any 31s or 0s were generated.
Time Machine is more useful for HP spreads and whatnot--if you're just going for 5 It's, regular breeding is more practical. When you have a Powersave though, that's when Time Machine's full potential is unlocked.
Having trouble deciding which is better. Can I get some opinions please?

Gonna be redoing my old one soon, also the reason why I gave you the 2:1 trade when you wanted it. 0 Spe and Quiet should be easy since I can use my Remoraid with that spread, once I get the Modest one I can put some time to get you one. It'll require a wait as I may have to breed projects for a Guild I joined soon however if your willing to put up the wait I can get a 4EM Dive/Quick(depends on how many votes I get here) one w/ 0 Spe Quiet for you?
I really only want one to be a parent for MY Remoraid, haha. Do you have a Male 31/xx/31/31/31/0 Remoraid you'd be willing to trade off? That would actually work better. I don't want to put you through the trouble of breeding that, I'd probably just end up breeding my own from scratch.

1. If anyone has any 2-3 IV Dittos lying around, I would really appreciate them. I could give you spitbacks from my projects if you like for them.
2. When exactly is it determined which stats are passed down? Is it when the day care man turns around? Or after I reject the egg? When should I be saving?
