Well, for starters, you may want to get rid of that first section of your favorites, or at least move it to later on in your thread. Most people don't care to see that first when they're looking for Pokémon, and it distracts a bit.
You've got a bunch of spaces in between posts, which seem a bit unnecessary, so you could get rid of those to clean things up a bit.
As far as the actual format of each individual Pokémon goes, it looks pretty good, but if you want something better just browse around other people's threads and see if you find one you like.

I'll pitch in my two cents as well.

First, agreed with Tatertot , I think the only thing that should be at the top of the thread if like what AR Codes you use/the services you offer/and maybe the Pokeball/reference sprites. Some of the pictures area a bit big and I find I just scroll past them entirely (the banners). The gaps in between the posts, I dunno why they're there? Not so many moving sprites, I like moving sprites but only one per Poke as I imagine for some people that really creates lag (for me it doesn't).

Still doing your project, just posted a notice in my thread that in future I will be reducing the number of orders I take/have been busy as of late.
