Lf these pokemon made for trick room:


Litwick, Quiet, Flash Fire - 31/x/31/31/31/0 Heat Wave egg move Dusk ball
Spritzee, Sassy. Aroma veil - 31/x/31/31/31/0 Wish, Disable egg moves luxury ball
Rhyhorn, Brave, Lightning Rod - 31/31/31/x/31/0 Elemental Fangs egg moves heavy ball


FT i have a 5iv kangaskhan in dream ball with HA and 3 egg moves and a lot more, just ask me

question: i know people can use powersaves to "shinyfy" pokemon by rewriting the pokemon's SV to match their own. Is there anyway to check to see if pokemon i've recieved through passerby trades/ wondertrades and see if they are legit? anyone who uses powersaves to clone verify this?

and can you also use powersaves to rewrite a pokemon's nickname without it sending any hacked tags? I received a shiny klefkey with a dirty nam XD (GoldC0ckRing)

For what I know, there is no code to change a pokés nickname yet, not even to reset it to original.
On the other point, you only would know if it was shinified if the OT/ID don't match to a different poké from the same person that was not altered or if you use the de-shinify code to revert it back. So from those passerby trades, you really can't be sure if it was shinified or not unless you get multiple from the same person.

With all these RNGers posting...seems like a good time to ask if anyone has an impish or careful intimidate hitmontop with sucker punch and possibly bullet punch/mach punch

I have a weird question I doubt anyone would be interested in this but I plan on breeding more but would anyone take this if it had defog and rocks
Edit: I'm pretty sure I have better ones but I have not checked the Iv's on a calculator

I doubt anybody's gonna want it with those IVs :/ have you tried RNG breeding in gen 4?

no and I knew nobody would want it I'm trying to work on breeding more of them but it can take a while
Edit: for some odd reason though I though someone would be interested:/ but whatever I'm trying to work on breeding a decent one
 
can anyone give me gen 4 breeding tips don't judge me I just need some tips power items don't seem to be working out for me

Defog isn't an egg move for Skarmory in XY, what exactly are you trying to accomplish? I guarantee there's an easier way to do what you want than just breeding in Gen IV. (RNG Breeding, for example)

http://www.psypokes.com/dpphgss/breeding.php have fun with that....lol seriously look into rng. From what I hear it's not that hard (thought admittedly I don't do it) and you'll spend less time learning that than lucking out with the regular mechanics
 
This may seem like a dumb question but for Egg Moves does the Pokemon have to have it as one of its four? Or could it still be passed down if it was lost in the daycare? Or even if it doesn't have it as one of its four anymore?

There are no dumb questions. :) If you don't take the parents out, it'll still pass those moves. And if they lose they, you can relearn them using a Heart Scale. Both male and female pass down eggmoves now, so if you got one from your male and you need another one, breed a female with it and get another male with another eggmove.

Well then I shouldn't have taken my bulbasaur out but knowing that makes breeding a lot easier for me as i used to always take out a Poke before it were to lose the move to level up moves and move it down to the fourth slot :P Thanks :)
 
So, I caught this Budew the other day, I originally didn't have much hope on it, but oh boy, is it good. Top percentage good.

Here are the IVs:

HP: 30
Attack: 23
Defense: 30
Sp. Attack: 31
Sp. Defense: 31
Speed: 31


That's a damn 29.33 mean right there. So, is there any point in this post or am I just showing off my awesome Budew?, Actually, there is. It's nature. It has a Quiet nature. As you know this nature raises its already sky-high Sp. Attack, but lowers its speed. It's far from the worst possible nature but still.

I'm not throwing it away. It's way too awesome for that... What I'd like to ask for is set and EV recommendations for this bad boy here, suited for relatively parsimonious pace (compared to others of its kin anyways).

budew can't breed so it'll always have 3 perfect ivs...so...it's not that hard to find :/ I was super excited when I got a 4iv mime jr till someone burst that bubble too

Just because it's not as hard to find now doesn't mean it's common to find a perfect HP Ice Budew like that. Burger Of Power, unfortunately Quiet really isn't a good nature for Roserade, but it would make a good parent. If you really want to use it, 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD would probably be your best bet, but keep in mind it will be slow.

I don't even know how to use the AR to check SID, but in gen 4 one should really abuse TID/SID anyways to get good shiny spreads :)

I was replying to hard.

To all the other people asking about older gen RNG there is a thread dedicated to it. My advice is to try it out. It's pretty simple. Start with a stationary legendary then move on onto RNG catching and finally to RNG breeding (can be a bitch).
