mine are female with the ha. i value them the same amount as a shiny since they are 12.5 % chance of getting the female

Then are you able to breed me two eevee with the same moveset but male for one shiny ?
 
i'd like that rain dish tentacool, LF for a tech breloom so the shroomish also.

I can breed really anything perfect, but i don't really have any special ball pokemon. Can i just make you an offer?
