Hi, simple question today:
When I left the Shiny Value system of checking eggs had been shut down due to a new patch in the video game update. How are people still breeding SV Shiny monsters? I notice them in threads with different OTs than the person who bred them.
EDIT: Also does anyone have a Dusk Ball Dragonite? Female and/or Shiny with Multiscale? Dratini is fine too.

I believe they use powersaves.
they/I use keysav or mass dumper to get the sv ( like instacheck) , then find the person with the same sv.
Bottom line is keysav/mass dumper are the new instacheck

So the question is, if me or anyone uses that just to get the shiny charm without completing the pokedex, would that be considered cheating and hacking illegally? I mean is that considered breaking/violating the rules of this community?

Good question. Also is it a trade-able item? I don't have Powersave...
Hmmm.... I don't think it's a tradeable item because it's in the key item section.
As per your question, It's kind of hard to say. It's more than likely a matter of opinion. Just make a note of it on the monster. I personally wouldn't care if someone did that, but then again I'm fine with a lot of codes. In this case though you're more hacking the game than the data created, so I think it should be okay. You know you could just complete the pokedex. :D
Hmmm.... I think maybe I should just complete the pokedex in order to get it instead. Or maybe I can make note of it on the monster. Thanks.
But I think it's best to be safe and wise rather than taking risking chances.
