I just like that call back to its original blue. I guess Repeat fits too but I find Repeat ugly.

If you're going to use Intimidate then go for Level Ball as I think it's the best one for Gyarados. If you want to run Moxie though then go for the Timer Ball

How long could that take to soft-reset?
Depends on how lucky you get. It could take a few hours or it could take a week. I would be willing to bet it would take at least 3-4 days.
it depends on what you have if you have a synchronizer it can make it alot quicker. Could take like a day to a couple of days to get the correct one
Just was wondering cause of my Y I mananged to catch a Modest x/x/x/31/31/31 Mewtwo without soft reseting or a Synchonizer. This was before I could soft-reset it though of course.
ya Legendaries pokemon in XY always have 3 perfect IVS which makes it easier than previous gens
