Normally just check the notes. If it doesn't say "This is cloned with AR on 5th gen and banked over" then chances are it's Kalos Shiny. Also if it says "I bred this myself, saved and reset. Then traded it to ____ my corresponding shiny value." It is a Kalos Shiny for sure. If you're still not sure, feel free to copy paste it and just PM/Post me and I'll tell you. Also, for the most part I'm fine with trading legends for shinies; just not PBB's Zapdos, as he specifically told me not to trade too many around. If you like more than one, let me know, maybe we could work out a semi-redistribution rights to Lapras deal or maybe I'll pick another shiny or maybe I'll assign a shiny breeding project. Of course either party can say no, so I see no harm in bringing it up. Let me know what you want. *runs off to take another look at LeopardTalon's shiny update*.
