Yes, you can encounter Lanturns at level 20-45 on route 220 by fishing with the super rod.
Thanks!

If the opponent has an ability that lowers or prevents damage (Levitate for Example) , it cancels that ability. What exactly does Mold Breaker do? I know it has something to do with the opponent's ability, but from SPP's description, it's not obvious...
yeah, it also doesn't have grass knot. And those decimals in the damage really make me want to think that that's not right. Something tells me that it isn't rounding. Any other good calcs? If the opponent has an ability that lowers or prevents damage (Levitate for Example) , it cancels that ability.
Edit: @ Sciz
I always use this and it works just fine for me. But it doesnt have stuff like Life Orb, that needs to be done manually.

Is that all it does? From the descriptions I've read, I was under the impression that it would cancel all abilities, including things like Pure Power and Steadfast. If the opponent has an ability that lowers or prevents damage (Levitate for Example) , it cancels that ability.
In Generation IV, is CH rate calculated the same way as Generation III? Also, for attacks that hit multiple times, like Rock Blast, does each hit have a chance of CH?
Sadly yes. We all had great images of Rampardos running away from Dugtrio, being protected from Intimidate and loling at Medicham. Is that all it does? From the descriptions I've read, I was under the impression that it would cancel all abilities, including things like Pure Power and Steadfast.
You CAN'T Tutor the starters, only the final evolution, so they are rare. The starters aren't rare if you have colosseum, as 3 of the first trainers you fight have meganium/feraligatr/typhlosion if I do recall correctly.
Charmander/Squirtle/Bulbarsar are not rare, as they're from FR/LG AS the starters.
Treeco, mudkip, and torchic are not rare for the same reasons.
Obviously, the DP starters are not an issue.
Yes, the type-beams are tutored... tutorable from D/P for ALL starters.
The 100-trainer-get in MT battle is only in XD, if I recall correctly. Otherwise, it's Ho-oh.
I'm sure that this question has been asked before, but has anyone in real life/ingame/wifi actually tried to breed a BD male Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard with a female Bagon/Shelgon/Salamence in LG/FR/E? I guess I just need more proof to see exactly which pokedex is accurate... (I'm not looking for "no, it's not listed," or "no, it cannot learn BD," but instead, "no/yes, I've tried and it doesn't work."...
I have a question, if I Ev train a Nincada that evoilves into a Ninjask, will the Shedinja I get have the Evs of the Ninjask?
Yes you can indeed; and it doesn't require an item at all!Is it possible to pass on IV's via breeding? If so, how?
(Example: I have a Garchomp with 31 IV's in speed and a Jolly Ditto @ Everstone, of course. Now that Garchomp has 31 IV's, how can I pass them through to the baby Gible? Do I need to give an item to Garchomp or something?)

This thread is a good place to start for the basics of breeding.
Can't you give me an easy answer? So, the chance that my Gibble will have 31 IV's in speed is 50% or something like that?
x/x/x/x/x/31 + x/x/x/x/x/x = 51/192 = 26.5625% = 1:4
Ok thanks, also another question, my pokemon has Pkrs and ius holding the respective power band, how many ev do i get from a pokemon that gives off 1?
