Well, if all legends get 3 IV at least, I'd assume that ALL event legends would too. Wouldn't be fair if they didnt :p.

Anyone have any idea who has the best Pokéball Vivillon on here? I'm clearing out my wonder cards to hop aboard the Gengar hype train and I need to have a general idea of what to aim for =]
Pretty sure there is a modest fully redis running around with 31 speed and the rest being 20+. I'll find the spread in a sec.
You can move the Gengar Wondercard in front of Vivillion's to SR it.
Depending on what pokemon you want to.giveaway I might do it.

Go to mystery gift and pick "Check the card Album" there you can select each wondercard and swap them freely.
Just go into your Card Album in Mystery Gift and select Gengar's card and move it to the front. The Delivery person always goes in order from the Album, I believe the mechanic has been around since at least 5th gen.

Ah, thank you! Nobody's ever mentioned that before. I think I have half a dozen wonder cards in my Y file and Gengar needs to take priority.
