Hm I guess I'll put it a request for an extra Diancie code if anybody has one, lemme know what you want and I'll see if I can make it work :)
 
Bold mega or calm mega venusaur ? Or it depends on the team in general ?

bold venusaur can wall azumarill
calm venusaur can wall all other fairy types

mega venusaur will wall any fairy that it doesn't take a supereffective secondary stab from (ie mega gardevoir and flinchkiss) regardless of whether it's bold or calm.
I've always preferred bold since it does a much better job against azu and conk, and it allows it to handle things like landorus-t and excadrill (only 3HKO'd by max attack eq's from both with bold nature and 252/240 spread)
 
I got a good Diancie quick today, so I decided to go for Zapdos and I have two questions about it

1: It it worth catching in Gen VI when it can't learn Defog? If no, I just wasted a few hours of SRing.
2: Is a Zapdos with a SpDef IV of 25 and Speed IV of 30 usable? I think so, but I feel like it's worth asking while I'm asking another question about it.

What nature/hidden power? And defog would make it more valuable.

1. Yeah, because its KB and its still useful for the VGC formats (unless it is cut out in the next season...), it could even work on Smogon formats, but its outclassed in that role by past gen RNGs.
2. Depends on if it has an useful Hidden Power to compensate for those not-so-perfect IVs, specially the Defense (you should aim for 28+ on every relevant stat, the Defense is not an exception).

HP Water... I'm pressing the Start, L, and R buttons now. BTW, what nature should I get for VGC? Timid?

A fair share of natures work with it, like Bold, Calm, Modest, Timid or even Quiet if you're a Trick-Room-everything maniac, like someone around here.... And I'd say Toss, even if HP Water has a good niche (hitting Camerupt and the rare-but-useful Rhydon/Rhyperior for x4 SE damage, which otherwise walls it to hell and back); try aiming for HP Grass instead, since Ice has been done with a lot of natures.
