From what I recall, the Pikachu is special and gifted from an NPC, so it would have to be SRd

Just did a HP check (water), so Speed IV is either 4 or 6.
Even though my initial target was Naive, I think I'll keep this one.
On that note, even though I may not trade it (can't clone), if I did, would it matter if mine's lv 53? I don't have access to Kiloude on this save, so I had to use a few rare candies for more accurate IV results.
