Does that Cranidos have its Hidden Ability? Heal Ball is definitely interesting!
It sounds like you want a foreign parent for Masuda Method breeding. All my Pokemon are English. If you'd like a German Ditto I would recommend checking out mostthe3rd's Ditto giveaway (click here). Just make sure you follow the rules properly.
