Choice Specs, Choice Scarf, Life Orb, Pixie Plate, and Sitrus Berry are all viable. Non choiced sets can make use of Helping Hand. Having not tested it I'm not sure of it viability, but a bulky set could make use of Chesto Berry and Rest for a huge amount of immediate recovery. In VGC given its fast nature immediate recovery (Sitrus Berry, Recover/Roost, Rest, et cetera) is generally a superior option to having to waste two turns for the same effect.
Hmmm, never even thought of RestoChesto on it, Interesting.

What do you guys think of this sylveon spread?

Sylveon @ Life Orb
Ability: Pixilate
Level: 50
EVs: 244 HP / 100 Def / 152 SpA / 12 Spe
Bold Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Shadow Ball
- Helping Hand
- Protect

Survives jolly kang double-edge. Tempted to go with specs instead of LO though, since spex has a guaranteed 2hko on mega kanga and has a 25% chance to ohko bisharp, and LO doesn't do either.

Speaking of bisharp:

252+ Atk Bisharp Iron Head vs. 244 HP / 100+ Def Sylveon: 164-194 (81.5 - 96.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Life Orb Bisharp Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 100+ Def Sylveon: 213-252 (105.4 - 124.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

That spread is much too complex and sacrifices a lot of power for relatively unimportant bulk. Complex spreads are team specific and if you feel you need to survive a Double Edge from Mega Kangaskhan, you probably don't have enough for it on the rest of your team. Not only does it not live an Iron Head from Bisharp, you shouldn't be putting Sylveon in a position where you want it to take a Double Edge from Mega Kangaskhan. The only situation where it could be relevant is late game when you can't get Sylveon out of that match-up, and with Life Orb and it probably being late game Sylveon will have taken enough damage to where surviving the hit isn't possible at that point. 110 Special Attack isn't amazing and Sylveon really needs to make the most of it. Sylveon's Defense being so poor, when takes enough EVs to live a relevant hit Sylveon can't actually hit that hard. While investing a small amount in Defense can be useful, HP / SpA / Spe should be the priorities.

In VGC, is it wise to post RMTs online, since other players will be able to find your team and be able to know your strategy should you get far in the competition?

I already posted an RMT on nuggetbridge, and I was thinking of posting here for a second opinion, but I'm scared I'm spreading my team too far.

If your team is so good that people will steal the strategy and use it, then don't post it. Chances are (no offense) it's not, which is why you are asking for help. A majority of players will never read the thread, so making your team better will help you in a significantly larger proportion of battles than it'll hurt.

kk thanks :)

What Moveset/spread would you guys suggest for a Bisharp, I was thinking of Life-orb with Iron head, sucker punch, protect and I need one more move and a spread, not sure what would really work because I know in VGC 252/252/4 is not every common, so would there be any other spreads I could use?

Use Knock Off as the last move and the 4/252/252 spread, since there is no point to invest in bulk when you are using a Life Orb. That's the standard set most people use right now...

Is 224 hp / 252+ spA / 32 a wise investment in volcarona? the spread allows it to outspeed max speed base 130s at a +1 boost, max Satk, and the rest in general bulk.

I think you should aim to outrun Adamant Scarf Landorus-T at +1, so you can at least attack once before you eat the Rock Slide.

is there any pokemon that is super compatible with a belly drum azumarill, im trying to run a team and i have no reliable allies for azumarill.

Maybe Rage Powder Amoongus? You can keep Azumaril from being damaged the turn you set up (exception being spread moves) and Amoongus resists a some of Azumaril's weaknesess (Grass, Electric, neutral to Poison).

Raichu is also an excellent partner for Azumarill. It provides fast Fake Out pressure for Azumarill to setup a Belly Drum, protects Azumarill from electric type attacks, and can punish players who want to Protect when Azumarill is at +6 with an Encore. Even if the opponent sees the Encore coming and tries to switch, the switch in likely does not want to take a +6 anything from Azumarill nor the partner that decided to stay in and get a move off.

where can I find an updated usage list of pokemon showdown and battle spot(is there any data available than the top 12 used pokemon?)?

I'm not sure where to find the Showdown list, but this article from Nuggetbridge gives a nice, concise overview of 50 VGC threats to prepare for when teambuilding.

Best ability for an (Mega) Abomasnow? Snow Warning let's me change the weather twice, once by switching in and once by mega-evolving. Soundproof, on the other hand, let's me switch in Hyper Voice or the rarer Snarl and ignore Perish Song.
