im pretty sure synch worked in emerald. in dp synch works on all legendaries but cress and mesprit from what ive read

I have a question I put a Rhydon on the GTS it had protector I offered it up for lv 9 > Abomasnow then I did a trade by seek.Following that I tried to take Rhydon back and then I waited until the clock thingy turned about 9 time time. Then I switched it off so I would have one copy in my PC and one on the GTS. When I went back it showed deposit Pokemon as if nothing was there. WTF is going on?

it will be sudowoodo at level 1. this is true for all insence babys like snorlax without full insence will have a baby snorlax not munchlax
EDIT: and justice floor means round down and ceiling would be round up
It's referring to how to deal with the decimals. Not everything is evenly divisble, and by default no program knows to round up if it's .5 or higher, or round down if it's lower than .5. Ceiling and Floor are what tells the program how to round; Ceiling rounds the decimal up regardless of what it is, and Floor rounds the decimal round regardless of what it is.
In Emerald, when are Lati@s' IVs set and does Synchronize work on them? What level are they found out also?
Can I get a certain answer for sure? I don't want to mess up with Latias' IVs.
The Lati's IVs are set at the beginning of the game I think. I know that they are set before you can encounter him/her, so soft-resetting will not work. The only way to get good IVs (unless you are incrediblly lucky) is to use a ticket. Synchronize does not work on them. They are found at level 40.
I've been breeding with Everstones for ages, but have only gotten 1-2 out of 30 eggs with the right nature. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm breeding a male Slakoth with a Ditto. Ditto has the everstone.
Are they both from the same region?
your doing it rite then, the nature of the ditto should be passed down. ive heard of people having real bad luck like this before
Okay, I am Celebi hunting on GTS. I just need to know the statistics and O.T. for all the Legit celebi. Think someone can handle giving me that? Also if it is japanese lettering, please post the lettering as I cannot read Japanese.
Also for tiers can you legally use pokemon from tiers lower than the one being used? (E.G. Butterfree in uber?) Sorry for Double post, I tried to edit this on, but I cannot save the post. It clicks, but nothing happens.
