Disable, Hex, Hypnosis, Spite imo. Or swap something for Power Swap lol
Hatch locations: Mt. Pyre would be my top choice. Otherwise Blazing Chamber in XY.
Edit: Oops, Extrasensory is level up. Replaced with Spite.

i like fiery path, lavaridge town or team magma hideout. as far as ems, hypnosis and disable
Disable, Hypnosis, Power Swap, Spite. Heat Wave can be tutored while Extrasensory is a level up move.
Hatches: Radiant Chamber, Blazing Chamber, Mt. Pyre, Fiery Path, or Scorched Slab
In order of preference: Nest, Dusk, Dive, Repeat
For shiny ZardX I would suggest Dive Ball.

Yeah, I'd say nest (I can't post sprites since I am on mobile), also consider dusk, net or dive ball.
I can catch the ivysaurs in fs if that is good enough. (May I also suggest heal ball...)

Yeah that's defo good enough, I don't have a bulba FS... :/ Heal is nice as well, but I'd rather have the two others first. So if you have time, yes please for heal and the others, otherwise whatever you have time for :) Can I give you something for those?

If it's in fourth gen: lure, moon, heal, net, dive
