BATTLE RULES
3v3 Singles
Enforced 2 Day DQ Time for players, 3 for referees.
Each player has one DQ warning a match. Go over once, you will use your warning. Go over twice, you will be DQed. This will be at the discretion of the player or one of the hosts if the player takes too long. Referees going over DQ will probably be sacked and replaced.
Infinite Recoveries/Chills per Pokémon.
Three Substitutions per player excluding KO Substitutions.
One Mega Evolution
Switch = OK
Abilities = ALL
Items = ON; you do not have to have the item in possession but the item must not be banned, similar to SICK (Banned Items: Soul Dew, Dark Stone, Light Stone, Diancite, Prison Bottle).
Arena: ASB Tournament Arena
If there are matches still going on come Tuesday the 21st of July at Midnight (GMT +00:00), then the DQ Times of those matches will shorten to 1 Day Player, 1 Day Referee.

Tbh, I cannot tell whether or not you are trying to use reverse psychology on me, but I was going to send Sableye out either way. Which speaks volumes with regards to my skill level.
 
*Btw, I spoke to Frosty and we agree that your second and third sub would be illegal as Sableye would not be able to change his stalled action with a regular action when he would act during the Stalled priority. May be you intentionally put them to confuse me? If so, then it definitely worked @_@

Anyway, P2X7 derps in more ways than one and Gale seizes the opportunity to set up some spikes before moving to a better matchup. While that wasn't a terrible start, P2X7's lack of spinners/defoggers and the fact that all his mons are grounded mean that those spikes are very very powerful. And that P2X7 is in a bad situation.​

Uh

If any of those subs activate Skill Swap wouldn't be on the orders and if Skill Swap isn't on the orders Mawile wouldn't mega-evolve, but we won't know if the subs will activate until after mawile mega-evolves or not. So if the sub activates mawile starts the round not mega-evolving and then causes the sub to activate, exchanging skill swap with teleport evasive and therefore causing his sub to not activate anymore, so mawile now returns in time to mega evolve a0 before the your sub that made his sub not activate activates.

Do I need to say why your subs are illegal?

Well...

While Gale still has a nice upperhand, his lead took another hit. Not he was forced to switch a mon under rest (which means that it doesn't heal anymore, according to handbook), but he ended up in a unfavorable matchup. And to top it off he risked a 70%acc Thunder, which missed. Not good at all.

Now he is stuck ordering first vs Greninja without any pokemon that has a clear advantage against it. I certainly wouldn't like to be on his position...
Well good luck to both I suppose. Although up to this point it is a parade of weird moves...​

IF Greninja is in the evasive stage of a D/E move when you would act, THEN use Reflect on the first instance, Wish on the second instance, and Substitute (15 HP) on the third instance, and push actions back on every instance.

IF your HP is less than 27 when you would act, AND Greninja has HP greater than 70 that action, THEN use Pain Split that action instead.

IF Greninja uses Damaging Poison Type moves on action 2 or action 3, AND Greninja is not Dark type at the start of the action, AND you are not Ghost type at the start of the action, THEN use Shadow Sneak that action instead, and push actions back.

IF Gardevoir would use Pain Split a1 if it is awake, use Taunt a1.

My orders are made under the assumption that a Pokemon cannot use Skill Swap to take an Ability that it has copied with Trace, and that Sleep Talk fails if the pool of moves to be used contains less than 4 legal attacks. If either of these assumptions turn out to be false, I would highly appreciate the opportunity to reorder.

So I talked to the other mods and it was agreed that you indeed can't have two instances of the same ability at the same time. BUT we also agreed that it was an obscure ruling at best (we actually had a tie on the voting before one changed their mind), so Gale Wing Srock has 48h to change orders. If the 48h pass and no change in orders, I will ref it as is.
