I'm alive! Today everyone was just exhausted and went home regularly. Deadline will still be called. Update would just be up around the time after. Night deadlines will be 24 hrs long. I'll prep for the votecount starting from my last votecount to make sure I don't accidentally count wrong. I haven't done the math yet, but it would majorly suck if I RNG between the wrong people. Agreeing with blazade that people seem unusually happy to jump on the beta defense wagon. his posts so far have been a slight scumlean and frankly considering the lack of any real offense against him besides "hey ur inactive" the defense was unusually hyperactive. especially don't like hawkie's "this is how ppl stop playing mafia argument", aside from disagreeing i dislike the emotional appeal intent (that being said i see that as coming from a personal and emotional level which i see as being more town driven than scum). that being said i don't think there's enough there to commit to him as a strong lynch unless the goal is simply to remove inactives, it would essentially be a shot in the dark which i mean, okay, but there's better choices today
i don't mind a walrein lynch as i dislike his lack of activity and unwillingness to post much of substance after early game town guidance which suggests a bit of scum to me, but i'd only want to commit to that lynch if we collectively lynched all of walrein, twin, and blazade specifically to confirm if there are terrorists of if we can vote to end game because we're all town. possibly haruno if we're still unsure. the logic being that with steven having confirmed that there was balancing in place at least one of walrein/twin/blazade/maybe haruno would be terrorist and would confirm their (non-)existance. but that's something i'd prefer to consider on day 2
pancake has really done very little to dissuade my vote, he's looked scummy, his arguments have looked scummy, his rebuttal has looked scummy, and i find his targeting of blazade to be very odd as something of a hail mary. what's particularly odd to me is that he says that he's his primary scum read. i can understand him scum reading blazade to an extent if he's suspicious of his actions, but to commit to him acting so much scummier than everyone else? I don't buy it. my vote will most likely stay here
twin and hawkie look like fairly strong towns, twin i've mentioned before, hawkie's argumentation while i don't agree with a lot of the logic i think the overall message and underlying emotions convey a strong desire for town to succeed. he's playing almost in a similar way to how i did in the last noc, trying to stir things up and create reactions out of people and i haven't got any kind of duplicitous vibe from him
in the interest of time before deadline the rest have to be abbreviated
former hope i lean more scummy than towny, haven't liked their interactions, they haven't seemed genuine and their reasonings has been fairly weak
aubisio and flyhn are in the same boat as beta to me, idlers who are decent scum targets on the next day or two if they don't show anything to the contrary
josh, rssp1, and dentricos i'm having a hard time reading, josh in particular. i have slight town leans on all but not a whole lot for it to go off of. i like the way josh has been defending beta and on the surface it seems towny, but i can definitely see circumstances where it NAI and soemthing he'd do from either side of the aisle

And you all think about settling back into your houses but you find that some of you are mentally checked out. In fact, Betathunder is so checked out that Da Letter El called 911 to have the paramedics take his body to the hospital until he ever decides to come out of a coma. You all get ready to read Betathunder's role PM until you find it snatched away, and a new challenger has entered the scene. Wearing a suit and appearing to hail from the land of once-fake-mons and all sorts of wacky characters, is an OM Room standing. He will surely stand in for Betathunder.
Also, I don't know what kind of weird planet we're on that has shorter nights than days, but I guess it's summer here because nights are 24 hours. Day 2 starts 7:00 PM EDT 10/20/16. It is now Night 1. Please don't post in the thread until the next update unless you're a pancake wondering out loud why he's covered in strawberry syrup and whipped cream, served on a plate at IHOP with a greasy fat American staring at him hungrily with a fork and knife.

i'm kind of annoyed that after saying that there would be no plural hammer you change it back to plural hammer because it really changed the outcome of the game tbh. Anyway, I can't do much now. /me away
Whoops the time slipped by! It's not like anything major happened this past night.
Each of you all wake up to find nothing consequential has happened over the course of the night.
Texas Cloverleaf wakes up in his house and sifts through a box of Lucky Charms, eating only the shamrock hats. He is sad to discover that there is no milk for the cereal and walks to the residence of Thetwinmasters.
Thetwinmasters grumbles at being woken up so early in the morning as for him the sun hasn't come up yet in the magic PST land he's from. He says "Silly Texas, you're in the wrong timezone. Come back when the sun is actually up on the Best Coast."
Texas Cloverleaf is quite hungry and finds that he is too hungry to settle for just milk and cereal. He decides he does not want to continue his quest of finding milk and goes on his laptop to order Grubhub from the bakery on the other side of the City. A few minutes later, Texas Cloverleaf gets a phone call. He checks the caller ID and does not recognize the phone number, but he picks it up anyways.
"Good evening sir, this is Dentricos here from Grubhub. I see you've placed an order for the Bakery. Apparently sir, your card was declined. So I had to cancel your order. Please use the correct card in the future."
Texas Cloverleaf is mildly annoyed at this point. He says "fuck this shit, I am going to go to a diner."
He finds a diner about a 10 minute drive from his home on Yelp and goes there to eat. He steps inside and finds Blazade greeting him "Hello there sir. Just you today?" Texas Cloverleaf half-heartedly and groggily nods his head. "Right this way!"
All of a sudden, Texas Cloverleaf hears a car alarm start and a frantic Josh comes in from outside, "Yo man, somebody be trying to jack yo car! You better get on that shit, nahmsayen? Dis be J to the R to the O to the C helping a fellow mafucka out!"
Texas Cloverleaf runs outside and finds his car jacked. Unfortunately his car has tinted windows and he can't quite make out who is driving, but he hears a loud sound...
to find that someone had just died. It turned out to be Blazade the regular villager. It appears that Former Hope was mistaken. Maybe there are people out there! But what are their motives? I guess that reveals something for you to find out!

It is now Day 2. Deadline is 10/22/16 7:30 PM EDT.
I recognize that deadline is on a Saturday and nights will take 24 hours, meaning Sunday is potentially a day where people can be free. If you'd like this time for discussion, I can do a Sunday deadline, but if you have a life, I recognize that being a thing too if you're busy on the weekends. If you'd like an extension, please bold somewhere in a post "Extend Deadline" or "Maintain deadline" I will have this vote for a tad over 24 hours and decide what the actual deadline is based off of how you guys feel. Due to potential plans happening on my end, I will notify you guys at 9 PM EDT.
