So, I know how to recieve stuff from people wirelessly for Mystery Gifts, but how exactly do you send something to someone wirelessly with the Mystery Gift function?

i'm not too familiar with baton pass. i was reading the analysis for jolteon and saw the specsjolt set....

with choice specs and baton pass, does that bring over the 50% increase in power to the one that is baton passed? will it be jolt's att+50% or the next poke's att+50%?

The boost given by Choice Specs can't be baton passed to another Pokemon. Same with Guts, Unburden, Quick Feet, etc.

Only boosts like Swords Dance / Agility / Bulk Up can be passed.

Item boosts like Choice Specs are not BP-able. I believe BP is just a way to scout switches on CSJolt.

Aside from Mime, Electrode, Exploud, and their pre-evos, are there any Pokemon that are Soundproof?

Does lagging tail just guarentee that you go last, or does it actually reduce your speed? In which case, would it affect the damage Gyro ball did? The damage that that does is based on how much slower your 'mon is, but if the item just guarentees that you go last how does that affect it?

Lagging Tail and Full Incense just makes you attack last according to the priority you're using, it's like an opposite Quick Claw that works all the time. It doesn't reduce your speed, so Gyro Ball damage is the same.
Items that reduce your speed are Macho Brace, Power items and Iron Ball.

It just means that you go second if your move is in the same bracket. It doesn't actually affect your speed, so I'm guessing it doesn't do anything for gyro ball.

EDIT: Beaten. XD

I think it's basically another "speed-halving" item. Gyro Ball's power is based on your Speed stat and mods to that, so using an item that gives a minus-1 priority (if Lagging Tail does) doesn't OHKO everything. Use Macho Brace or Iron Ball or something.

O.k, cheers. And same to the others above me. ;)

I want to soft reset for a decent Azelf on my japanese Pearl, but I have no way of checking the nature because I can't read japanese (IVs are fine).

Can someone link me to a site that will tell me what they are? Maybe some sort of japanese pokedex?

Is it a good idea to put the move Hail or Sandstorm on a Hail or Sandstorm team, respectively? I mean, if your Abomasnow or Hippowdon or Tyranitar goes down and the enemy changes the weather, or is it not worth it?

Max speed Jolly Garchomp 332
Max speed Jolly Scarf Garchomp 498
Max speed Timid Starmie 361
Max speed Modest Starmie 339

Just some numbers for you. BTW no-one should use max speed on Scarfchomp, I just put that in for comparison.

Not usually. For a SS team, it's normally not needed since you have two auto weather pokes. For a hail team, you need the perma hail in order to make stallrein effective. You might want hail on another poke if you're packing more blizzard users, but other than that, there's not too many instantaneous benefits of hail/SS, unlike Rain/Sun which increase the power of their respective moves as well as allow for thunder/Solarbeam and have more reliable weather related abilities, ie speed boosts vs evasion.

Which legends does synchronize work on in D/P? Does it work on standing legends like giratina and heatran? Just wondering before i start SRing.
