you could argue that a watcher doesn't take any action against the targeted user that would need to be protected
Mod confirmed that a safeguard action (a subset of omniguard) would be seen by a watcher so i think it's reasonable to interpret that it wouldn't prevent the watcher from working
KoC has claimed neighbourizer which is confirmed when his action succeeds tonight on a towny, presumably one of me/jalmont/proph or smth

whydon's role and action claim is TRUE. it HAS to be true. he HAD to have watched texas last night.
haruno claimed omniguard. which would have blocked whydon's TRUE and VERIFIED action, unless in the one scenario which is that whydon is some kind of expert which overrode the omniguard

Why the fuck does the term “Strong Willed” matter here? It was just MS confirming that a watch can see a safeguard
this implies that a safeguard would not be seen by a normal, non-expert watcher (or else why would he include the modifier?)
